Scale outreach. Without the agency lock-in.
Infrastructure built for teams going from 5k to 30k+ emails a month. You own every domain and mailbox. Swap tools, bring it in-house, or keep us running it. Your call.
You've proven outreach works. Now you need to scale it.
Early cold email with one domain and a few mailboxes was fine. You booked meetings, validated the channel. Now you want more volume, but each new mailbox, domain, and warm-up cycle is engineering time your team doesn't have.
Agencies solve the volume problem, but hand you a black box: their domains, their mailboxes, their contract. If they drop the ball or you want to switch, you start from zero.
Infrastructure that scales with you.
Independent domains.
Start with 10. Add 30 more when you're ready. Each domain is independent, so no single point of failure.
Any sender, any tool.
Works with Instantly, Smartlead, Apollo, Reply, or any other sender. Switching tools doesn't mean rebuilding infrastructure.
Your team logs in directly.
Your SDRs use the same tools and accounts we do. When someone leaves or joins, you manage access.
Deliverability, monitored.
DMARC reporting, mailbox rotation, warm-up cycles, reputation monitoring. We watch these so you know what's working before response rates dip.
Built for every stage.
10 sending domains, 20–30 mailboxes, single tool integration.
25–40 domains, 60–100 mailboxes, multi-tool support, dedicated deliverability monitoring.
100+ domains, multi-region sending, IP pool management, advanced DMARC reporting.
From scope to scaled sending.
Scope your volume
We map current performance, target growth, and domain strategy. 30-minute call.
Phased rollout
We build in batches so warm-up cycles don't bottleneck your growth. You're sending at the new volume within 2–3 weeks.
Full handover
Every domain, mailbox, credential, and runbook. Your team can operate it on day one.
Ongoing (optional)
Keep us for deliverability monitoring and scale-outs, or run it fully in-house. No retainer unless you want one.
What scaling should look like.
| Feature | Ready to Market | Typical Agency |
|---|---|---|
| Domain ownership | Yours | Theirs |
| Switching tools | Any time | Locked |
| Team access | Direct | Via reports |
| Scale-up time | 2–3 weeks per tier | Months |
| Contract | Month-to-month | 6–12 month min |
| Bring in-house | Handover included | Not possible |
Questions we hear a lot
We already have an SDR team. Why do we need this?
Your SDRs' job is conversations, not infrastructure. Domain setup, DNS, warm-up, and mailbox rotation are full-time operations work. We handle that layer so your team focuses on messaging and replies.
What happens when our sending tool changes its policies?
Because you own the accounts and DNS, you're not dependent on one tool's relationship with Google or Microsoft. If your sender gets flagged, you can switch tools in a day.
Can we add our own SDRs to the mailboxes?
Yes. You own the accounts and manage access directly.
Do you integrate with our CRM / sales stack?
We set up the sending infrastructure. CRM integration happens through your cold email tool (Instantly, Smartlead, etc.), and since you own those accounts, you configure it however you want.
How do you price this for bigger setups?
One-time setup fee scales with volume tier. Ongoing costs are mailboxes and tools, which you pay directly. Optional monthly retainer for deliverability monitoring.
