For founders

Raising a round? Don't send from your main domain.

Cold email infrastructure that founders own outright. One-time setup. No retainer needed. Your emails land in inboxes, not spam.

Your domain is your company's reputation.

You're pre-seed or seed. You need to reach investors, potential customers, advisors, partners. People who don't know you yet. Cold email is the fastest way when you don't have a warm network.

But here's what happens when founders do it wrong:

01

Sending from your company email.

A few hundred cold emails from your primary domain, a couple spam complaints, and suddenly your investor updates land in junk. Recovering domain reputation takes months.

02

Using a platform that owns everything.

Platforms set up domains and mailboxes for you. You don't own them, can't access them, no profile pictures. Investors can tell your outreach is automated.

03

Putting it off.

The setup feels overwhelming, so you wait. Meanwhile, the founder next to you is sending 200 emails a week and booking calls.

Set it up once. Own it.
Start sending within a week.

01

Separate sending domains.

So your company email never gets touched. Registered in your name with proper DNS authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).

02

Mailboxes you actually own.

Google Workspace or Microsoft accounts with full credentials. They look like real people because they are real accounts.

03

Warm-up handled.

New mailboxes need reputation before they can send at volume. We configure the warm-up so your accounts are ready when you are.

04

No ongoing fees to us.

One-time setup. Monthly costs after that are just mailboxes and your sending tool, typically $300–400/month for a founder-sized setup.

Cold email is how founders without a network get meetings.

If you went to the right school, worked at the right companies, or live in SF, you probably have warm intros to investors. Most founders don't.

Cold outreach doesn't care who you know. But it only works if your emails actually arrive. The technical setup (domains, DNS, warm-up, deliverability) is the difference between a 2% response rate and your emails going straight to spam.

We've seen founders book 20–30 investor calls per month from cold outreach alone. Not because they wrote perfect emails. Because the infrastructure was right.

Questions we hear a lot

I'm pre-seed with almost no budget. Can I afford this?

The setup is a one-time investment. After that, monthly costs are just the tools, around $300–400/month. Compare that to damaging your primary domain and spending months recovering it.

I don't know how to write cold emails. Do you help?

We focus on the infrastructure, the part that determines whether emails arrive. For copy, there are good resources and communities we can point you to. We'll review your emails for deliverability red flags, but messaging strategy is yours.

Can I use this for investor AND customer outreach?

Yes. Same infrastructure works for both. You might want separate sending domains for different audiences. We can set that up.

How quickly can I start sending?

About a week from first call to handover. Warm-up takes another 1–2 weeks before you send at full volume. Plan for 2–3 weeks total.

I already started sending from my main domain. Am I in trouble?

Not necessarily. Depends on volume and spam complaints. Talk to us, we can assess the damage and set up proper infrastructure going forward.
