Do I need this if I'm already using Instantly / Apollo / Reply?
Those are sending tools. They handle campaigns and sequences. RTM handles the infrastructure underneath: domains, mailboxes, DNS authentication, deliverability setup. That's what determines whether your emails land in inboxes. You still use your preferred sending tool after we set everything up.
Can I pause or stop anytime?
Yes. You own everything. No contract, no retainer. If you pause outreach, your infrastructure sits there. Nothing gets deleted or reassigned.
How is this different from Instantly's managed service?
With Instantly's DFY, they own the domains and mailboxes. You don't get account access, can't set profile pictures, and can't take your setup elsewhere. With RTM, you own every account and domain outright.
How long does setup take?
Typically 5–7 business days from the scoping call to full handover.
What are the ongoing costs after setup?
